Sports Performance Coaching

A structured, supportive approach to help athletes build confidence, move better, and feel stronger in their performance.

This coaching is designed for young athletes who are just getting started or looking to build a stronger foundation in their sport.

Whether they’re new to training, feeling a little behind, or just need guidance and support, this is where I meet them.

Each session is intentionally designed to improve movement, build strength, and develop confidence in a way that feels encouraging, not overwhelming.

We will focus on:

  • proper running mechanics and movement patterns

  • speed, coordination, and power

  • age-appropriate strength and conditioning

  • building confidence through supportive, positive & enthusiastic coaching

This isn’t just about getting faster (while that is a big part of it) it’s about helping athletes understand their body, move with more confidence, and actually enjoy the process of getting stronger.

Along the way, I provide simple guidance around fueling and recovery to support performance without adding pressure or complexity.

Every athlete is different, which is why everything is tailored to their experience level, goals, and confidence.

I meet them where they’re at and build from there.

2x a week in person coaching/training (travel included) for 16 total sessions
